Research
We have researched and developed the FlowS model of High Performance
Teams over a number of years. The TeamFlows programme is the outcome of that
work and we are committed to enabling organisations get the maximum benefit
from understanding and applying the FlowS values and principles.
TeamFlows is a Climate Survey that helps teams identify strengths and
development areas using an inclusive process based on the analysis of 5 FlowS
principles: Focus, Learning, Opportunity, Worth
and Support.
Discussing the views of team members using detailed aspects of this framework
generates a shared view on what is good and what needs to be changed. That’s
how the whole team is energised to develop action plans that can deploy the
team’s strengths to achieve positive outcomes.
